Dr. Sherene El-Sioufi is a quadruple board-certified physician specializing in pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine. Born and raised in the USA, she moved to Jeddah in 2016 with her husband and four children. Currently working at the International medical center, she is excited to contribute to strengthening and growing our AISJ community.

Gary is an influential, successful leader with inexhaustible drive and unquenchable thirst to succeed having served in senior executive roles (including CEO, President, MD) with two decades of international automotive, transportation, and sustainable mobility experience in U.S, Europe, GCC & Middle East. A decorated U.S Marine and philanthropist, Board member and relentless passionate innovator. Expert at technology implementation and applied empirical solutions to achieve profitable results. Avant-garde advocate, backer and enabler of early EV and ULEV mobility transformation forlarge private and government fleets in U.S. and the MENA Region. Authority at transitioning fleets to sustainable platforms utilizing EV and FCEV technology with intelligent management, specialized financing for “green” projects and asset management.
Currently Gary is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Transportation Solutions Company (NTSC), a technology driven enterprise for Advanced Multi-Modal Mobility through zero-emissions platforms founded in June of 2021. NTSC quickly became the leading automotive services, and cutting-edge technology company offering innovative Fleet-as-a-Service (FaaS), eMobility-as-a-Service (eMaaS) and Hydrogen mobility solutions in the MENA Region. In less than one year, under Gary’s leadership NTSC became the fastest growing, transformative, multi-modal mobility company havinggained 233 B2B clients with 317,288 vehicles under management and a vector for large scale sustainable mobility which will, in keeping with the Vision 2030, reshape logistics, transportation and public sector industries in KSA and MENA Region from the perspective of industrial diversification, progressive environmental responsibility and embetterment of our planet.

Kim Haweit is the Jeddah Chapter Director of The American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia. She helps facilitate new business development, community engagement and networking events between Saudi Arabia and American businesses.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Marketing and Hospitality Management. She has over 15 years experience working between the U.S. and Saudi markets. She is passionate about fostering bilateral relationships for economic growth and opportunity with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

C-Suite executive, who has performed in Board of Directors, CEO, and other senior leadership and advisory roles in several medium to large scale industrial manufacturing organizations both regional (Middle East / GCC) as well as, international. Since 2013, he has been active in setting up and leading such organizations especially in Downstream chemical and plastic conversion industries, in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In addition to his professional assignments, Dr. ALZubi has been an active Board member of Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), and as its 2017-2018 President. SPE is a global non-profit professional society dedicated to spreading knowledge, strengthening skills, and promoting the benefits and values of Plastics and its Industry worldwide.
Dr. ALZubi has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Manufacturing and hold several patents in the field of Plastics as well as, numerous articles, publications and speaking engagements on investment attraction and development for the downstream conversion industry, especially in the GCC.

Wajid Khan holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, USA. He worked as a Software Engineer in different companies in US before moving to Jeddah in 2015. Presently he works as a Principal Specialist Field Services in Raytheon Saudi Arabia. His children have been students at AISJ for the past 9 years. As a member of the AISJ Board of Trustees his focus is on continually searching for innovative ways to help our students reach their full potential.

Dr. Akber Saifullah moved to Jeddah in 2014 with his wife and two children from the great state of California. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine from the University of Southern California-Los Angeles County Hospital and subsequently attended Indiana University Medical Center for a three-year clinical/research fellowship in Nephrology. He also holds a subspecialty fellowship in Interventional Nephrology.
During his time in practice in Southern California, he served as the Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine residency program at Kaiser Permanente.
Presently, Dr. Saifullah works at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center in Jeddah as a consultant Nephrologist. He has served as the Nephrology Fellowship Director for six years and is currently the Director of the Renal Dialysis Unit.
During his many years in academic medicine and private practice, he has developed a deep understanding of the importance of high-quality instruction and education. As a member of the Board of Trustees, he aspires to assist in establishing the optimal environment for all scholars to achieve their potential.
