Mother of AISJ high schooler Haya Abu Ghazaleh, Sarah is a serial entrepreneur based between Jeddah and Riyadh.
A Communications Consultant and Entrepreneurship and CSR Development Strategist, Sarah is the co-founder and partner of TRACCS and its Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing some of the company’s most important regional and multi-national accounts and works on the development of TRACCS business portfolio.
As one of the leading Gulf Arab female public relations practitioners, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading entrepreneurs, Sarah Al Ayed, was listed on the Forbes Most Influential Women in the Arab World in Family Business. She was appointed as the SHERPA for the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Saudi Summit 2020 from the 29th till the 31st of October in Riyadh.
In April 2019, Sarah was appointed as a member of the board of the Jeddah Chamber by His Excellency Dr. Majid AlQassabi, Minister of Commerce; and is currently serving as a member of the Culture and Tourism Council and the Education and Training Council as part of the Jeddah Chamber.
Sarah Al Ayed is quite active in various community engagement initiatives. She regularly lectures at Effat University in Jeddah within its Ambassador program to prepare students for their career development and professional skills.
Sarah has further worked on entrepreneurial development and communications programs to provide training programs on self-development, business etiquette and development, and entrepreneurship Palestinian and Syrian refugees in Jordan. Since the program’s inception, Sarah has personally worked, mentored, and coached over 120 young ladies from Syria and Palestine, building on their talent and entrepreneurial capabilities. In addition, she has funded and helped launch three entrepreneurial ventures with currently more young ladies working on launching their entrepreneurial projects.
